Non-Dual Heart Mentoring supports your awakening to truth and the disidentification with the character and ego-personality you have believed yourself to be. At the same time it fully recognizes that we are pioneers of the heart and are being asked to meet all that could not be met before: the disowned, unloved aspects of the character that continue to function in a powerful but unseen way, rooting the idea of a separate me in place and causing so much suffering and heartache. Letting these aspects and energies finally come into conscious awareness and be welcomed into the Heart is the most fulfilling and profound soul work.

Most of what I have to offer has been gained from the tried-and-true school of my own spiritual development. There have been fifteen years of silent retreats with Gangaji, Adyashanti and David Waldman. I trained in Family Constellation Work and after several Schools for the Work I facilitated the Work of Byron Katie for several years in the early 2000's. I have also been initiated as a Deeksha Oneness Blessing giver through the Oneness University in SE India. My way is also strongly influenced by the embodiment work of Jeannie Zandi and Florian Schlosser.
